PUMPS USED IN THE SHIPBUILDING SECTION –

Sager + Mack enables safe and reliable handling of media hazardous to health, from the use of pure chemicals to highly chemically contaminated wastewater. Our technologies are used in numerous applications. Depending on the application, we can offer you horizontal or vertical pumps for this purpose.
Sager + Mack pumps fill, empty, charge and dose. Intelligent detailed solutions enable controlled or uncontrolled operation, which always ensures the efficient operation of your plant technology. Low-maintenance, magnetically coupled pumps enable safe and leak-free operation. Environmentally harmful substances do not pose a problem due to the hermetic sealing. The special design of the impellers and bearings also allows operation with more heavily contaminated media containing solids. Sager + Mack stands for more safety and a long service life.

The magnetically coupled centrifugal pumps from Sager + Mack allow long operating times due to a high-quality, stable bearing of the pump shaft and the use of high-quality solid material. Due to the special impeller geometry, they are excellently suited as transfer pumps also for solids-laden media, e.g. as backing pump for ultra-filtration. The use of corrosion resistant materials makes the SAGER+MACK pumps interesting e.g. for the transfer of seawater, but also for chemical transfer or in connection with waste water treatment, the transfer of bilgewater as well as in the field of exhaust gas cleaning/washing which reduce the NOX and SOX values of the exhaust gases.

Filters

FILTERS – Sager + Mack filters are suitable for pre-filtration of fuels as well as for waste water treatment. Different types of filters make it possible to clean polluting, contaminated liquids.

FILTER STATIONS – Sager + Mack filters & filter stations are suitable for use in atmospheres corrosive by sea air. Whether filtration of fuels, such as marine diesel or pre-filtration in industrial water treatment SAGER+MACK offers the appropriate technology. Starting from coarse filtration up to activated carbon filtration. Filter stations are designed and constructed in coordination with planners and plant engineers according to the specific application. The spectrum ranges from individual filters and pumps to fully automated filter stations.
